Terms of Service

Student Soul is operated by Leith Valley Presbyterian Church (PCANZ), Dunedin, New Zealand. By using Student Soul you agree to the following terms.

Use of Service

Student Soul is a community platform for church members, students, and visitors. You agree to use the platform respectfully and in accordance with its intended purpose of building community and supporting spiritual growth.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account or RSVPing to events
• One account per person — do not create multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Share content that is offensive, illegal, or inappropriate
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform

Content

Information you submit (RSVPs, serving sign-ups, profile details) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant Student Soul a licence to use it for the purpose of operating the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Student Soul is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Leith Valley Presbyterian Church and its staff are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
